The Borgo degli Artisti in Bienno in collaboration with the Municipality, the Bienno Turismo association and the Cultural District of Valle Camonica is also announcing this year’s competition for artistic residences 2020.
The Bienno Borgo degli Artisti project provides for the identification of artists, craftsmen / designers operating in the field of visual arts, music and theater who intend to live and work in the context of the medieval village of Bienno for established periods.
It is an initiative for the promotion of new artistic and cultural productions, which intends to enhance the model of the “artist’s workshop“, that is, the workplace and the expression of creativity.
The competition aims to enhance and promote research and experimentation oriented realities.
Applications for participation must be sent by March 31, 2020 to the Bienno Tourist Office at the latest.
The results will be made public by April 15, 2020.
